The Reaching & Teaching Practicum serves churches and students by providing a holistic cross-cultural ministry experience alongside RTIM global workers who are committed to church-centric missions. Working alongside and learning from experienced global partners, students can experience what cross-cultural discipleship looks like in real life and develop skills that will serve them in future ministry.
