To make a one-time or recurring gift, please visit Reaching and Teaching’s giving page here. Click on the “Global Worker” or “Staff” button, then select the worker you want to support. If you need help identifying their giving page, please contact us at donations@rtim.org or 502.713.0382
If setting up a recurring gift schedule, select the “Give Recurring” box.
If making a one-time gift, select the “Give Once” box.
Please note, Raise Donors does not have the capability to submit gifts from within donor accounts at this time. To give an additional one-time gift, you will need to submit the gift from the global worker’s give page.
U.S. Donors who give online using their credit card or bank account may access their Raise Donors giving account here by using the email address associated with their account. The “Reset Password” feature may be utilized if logging in for the first time.
Canadian donors who give online may access their Kindful giving account here using the email address associated with their account.
Donors who give by check or Bill Pay through their bank do not have an online giving account. They are welcome to contact us regarding account questions.
Credit card transactions typically incur a fee of 2.9% +.30 (non-Amex) and 3.5% + .30 (AmEx). Bank transactions (ACH/EFT) incur a fee of .80% with a transaction cap of $5.
These fees can be covered by the donor by selecting the “opt to cover” option or will be passed along to the global worker.

Once we receive your check, a receipt will be mailed within two weeks. Please note that delivery times for both the check and the receipt depend on the mail carrier's service.
If it has been more than three weeks since you mailed your check and the funds have not been withdrawn from your account, please contact us to confirm delivery.
If you are a U.S. donor, you can make changes to your giving account by logging in to your Raise Donors account here using the email address associated with your account. Utilize the “Reset Password” link at the bottom if signing in for the first time.
From within your account, click “Recurring Gifts” on the left, then click “Modify” to the right. This will allow you to update your card or bank account information, gift date, and amount.
If you are a Canadian donor, you may access your Kindful giving account here using the email address associated with their account. If you need assistance updating your payment method, please reach out to us at 502.713.0382 or by email at donations@rtim.org.
The global worker receives the gift minus a 7% administration fee This fee helps to cover the cost of administrative support, missionary services, and care.
Yes! We can accept all three contribution types. If you would like more information on how to make one of those contributions to support a missionary or project, visit our Alternate Ways to Give page.
Donors who give online are immediately emailed a confirmation of giving upon submission of the gift.
Donors who give via a check will be mailed a receipt within two weeks of the check delivery to our office. Please note that delivery times for both the check and the receipt depend on the mail carrier's service.
All U.S. donors with an email address on file with us will receive their annual statement via email by January 31st. Once these statements are issued, U.S. donors who give online may also access their statements from within their Raise Donors portal.
U.S. donors who give by check and do not have an email address on file with us will receive a printed statement in the mail.
Canadian donors will receive their giving statement via email on or before the 2nd week of February.
