Warren Mays

Warren Mays serves as a Global Security Specialist with Reaching & Teaching. Warren is a retired Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal with more thirty-five years in federal law enforcement where he specialized in criminal investigation and threat analysis. After retirement from public service, Warren and his wife Noreen served as missionaries in Scotland and helped plant Hope Church Bingham in Edinburgh in 2020. Warren and Noreen have been married for forty-three years and have three children, as well as six grandchildren. They are members at Third Avenue Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
