Southeast Asia J

Southeast Asia

J was born and raised into a loving Christian home with her parents and younger sister in Sacramento, California. She attended California Baptist University (CBU) in the fall of 2014, when she also started going to Redeemer Baptist Church. During her time at CBU, Jessica went on two International Service Projects, one in Macedonia for three weeks and the next in Russia for eight weeks. It was on these trips that she grew a heart to serve the nations, to bring the gospel to places it isn’t. In 2018 she graduated with a Bachelors in Behavioral Science and a minor in Spanish. She started working at Coyne & Associates as an Early Childhood Instructor, providing ABA therapy for children with autism and/or other developmental delays. In 2020, Jessica was sent by RBC to Radius International for long-term cross-cultural training. Currently, she is a program assistant for the office of Spiritual Life in the Mobilization department at CBU, working on the same service projects she attended while a student. She has continued her training by taking classes through Gateway Seminary and a missions internship with her church. She will be sent with Reaching & Teaching by Redeemer Baptist Church to Southeast Asia.
