Southeast Asia R
R has been serving in Southeast Asia since early 2014, joining RTIM in January 2020. She also lived in East Asia from 2007-2009. She serves her local church on the field, which she has been a part of since its inception, by managing the budget and baking the communion bread (among other things). She currently focuses on fostering community through hospitality, game nights, English clubs, and women’s ministry. She has a variety of experience, including registering and managing a business in Southeast Asia, teaching English at an Asian university, managing international education and exchange programs sponsored by the U.S. State Department, working for a fair-trade handicraft company, and serving as the Executive Director of a small nonprofit. She has a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and is currently pursuing seminary education (online) at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
